Breastfeeding

I'm worried I won't produce enough milk! This will be my 2nd baby, but they are 11 years apart. I tried with my daughter and never produced enough to even pump any. It took me 2 whole days before I realized what was going on. Doctor said she was using me as a pacifier. I was 19 then. So... I'm planning on alternating between me and a bottle. But would like to know if anyone else did that the first time but had success after?
