Contracting but only 1cm dilated
So I'm at labor and delivery and I'm having contractions every 5 minutes but still dilated to a 1. Has anything similar happened to anyone else? If so what happened? Can they give me anything or do anything to help me dilate? I'm almost 39 weeks
