how do you get rid of a cold?🤕

So its been a week since i been sick i feel like im getting worst and worst 😔 after my sore throat went away now i started to cough even more with a stuffy nose. I used saline nasal spray thats not helping, vicks, cough drops idk what else to use😩 i dont wanna take medicine and hurt my baby. Im giving up😒

Lots of rest, fresh air and water. I had a cold and it was awful as I didn't take any medicine either. Not even paracetamol as just didn't want to risk it. It lasted nearly two weeks but as long as you don't get a temperature there's no risk of harm to the baby. Try propping yourself up at night too. Hope you get better soon xx

A tablespoon of honey and some lemon juice with boiling water, some 4head (menthol rub for your head amazing stuff) and you can take 2 paracetamol.. Thats what i have done this week.. I've also been ill with a cold! Get well soon!

Pineapple juice is great at helping to thin mucus. Dark honey is good for sore throats and coughs.
