Romance Issues

Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship and have been together almost five months, I absolutely adore him. He normally comes to stay with me often but won't be able to until the end of December.

So basically now our relationship is just through text and it isn't going so well. I'm not good at showing affection through text at all, sending hearts, calling him cute names and being sweet/romantic is very hard for me! and it's really impacting our relationship...any ideas on how to fix things?

By the way: Currently stuff has happened with my parents and we're unable to skype or call..probably won't be able to do that stuff for a while.
