Cesarean pain @10 weeks

I'm pregnant with my second baby (4th pregnancy- whether that's relevant or not), currently 10 weeks {growing a healthy baby} and noticing a lot of sharp throbbing pain on my cesarean scar that occurs quite frequently. Hadn't experienced this with my last two (failed) pregnancies(blighted ovums- again relevant or not..?) Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing pain with their pregnancy after a cesarean? I will be bringing this up to my ob at my next appointment. For now though I'm feeling the nerves!!!
