Ultrasounds at Planned Parenthood

(Not really any q just a rant) I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and my boyfriend wanted me to go get a confirmation done at Planned Parenthood, and they confirmed it but they went to do an ultrasound and the technician didn't seem to sure of what she was doing and found the sac, barely pressed any buttons other then the print button and said she couldn't see a baby in the sac ( this was with the internal scanner). I don't know if anyone else has ever had this happen but it's really nurve wracking. I brought the prints home and my boyfriend and I looked and we see a faint outline of a yoke sac and a faint grey line that we think is the baby. It's so frustrating.
