paragard or mirena IUD?
I'm getting an IUD soon, and still going back and forth between Mirena and Paragard. I'd really like to get the Paragard, as I don't want hormones anymore (I've been on the pill for 3 1/2 years), but I know it can make your periods really horrendous. Also, I've read that Mirena can cause your period to lighten so much it goes away? I don't care for that shit at all, another reason I'm getting off the pill is because I want a more natural cycle.
Any advice or experience is appreciated!!
