Sore Nipples CD21

I am CD21, and experiencing sore/very tender nipples. The last several days I have had some cramping. I have not been doing OPKa but have been doing CMM. I have not really had EWCM just kind of clear watery CM. Have any of y'all experienced sore nipples after ovulation?
