I'm 29 weeks and the baby is apparently head down and already dropped. How soon will I go in labor?

It means absolutely nothing! Unfortunately there is 0 way to predict when baby will come.
Unless your water breaks or you are having real consistent contractions it's anybody's best guess

Dropping doesn't mean you'll go into labor. Neither does baby being head down.
