what is this?

What are these sores? I don't see how it is possible for them to be herpes because I have never cheated on my boyfriend and I know he has never cheated on me (there is not a doubt in my mind, he would never) we were also each other's first sexual partners. The only thing I can guess is if my parents had it or something and it didn't make an appearance until just now (21yrs old) or maybe it is something completely different like chafing or ingrown hairs or something. It only hurts when I touch it.
