Are you comfortable with buying pads/tampons?

Just wondering how many women buy pads/tampons at the store and bury them in their cart that's full of other things. Or do you just happily walk around the store with it in hand?

I roll in, hair messy, no makeup, wearing my loosest comfiest pants. Toss a giant ass box of tampons in the cart. Swing over to the treat aisle, grab me some chocolates. Head up to the counter and plop that shit in front of the cutest male teller I can find. Hey boy how you doin.

I'm a grown woman with kids. There's no reason for me to be embarrassed. Shoot I have 2 teenage girls I get that crap at Costco. Plus the condoms.

Why would I be uncomfortable? I'm female and have a female cycle - who the hell is looking at what I'm buying anyway? And if they are...who cares!?

a girl came to my till, i'd say about 12, and bought pads, her friend was being loud and said 'i can't believe you're buying those in public' laughing at her and trying to humiliate her. The poor girl went bright red so I wrapped them up in 2 bags so she could put them in her bag and they'd be easily hidden. I told her they were nothing to be embarrassed about

My husband even buys my tampons sometimes even he is not embarrassed. He says well of course ppl know they are not mine..lol

I'm not embarrassed, but I have stopped and talked to people and saw they were uncomfortable (🙄), so I tend to try to be discreet. Other than that? Naaaaah. Ain't no shame in buying some tampons.

I balance the box on my head if my wife and I are in a playful mood in the store . Hahah I don't care what anyone things haha, now if it was like lubricant I'd probably keep it a little private but not much .
