Veins and large areolas! Halp!

Hubby and I have been TTC for about 2 years now with no success. I have notice that for the past 6 months my nipples are becoming veiny before AF, then disappear after I start. This month however, ive noticed that I have gotten the veins however my areolas have enlarged as well. I am currently on day 4 of AF, and neither the veins or size have gone back to normal. Should I be concerned? Or is it normal
