Fenugreek
Does it work? How long does it take you to notice a difference? I'm fixing to go back to exclusively breastfeeding and pumping, instead of buying formula, which I started when I went back to work. Fenugreek is the same price as a small can of formula so I thought it would be a better investment if it works.
Also, what brand do you buy? And how many a day do you take? I also have Mother's milk tea at home.
