Honda CR-V or Chevy traverse??

Family of three due November 17 with member number 4! We currently own a Chevy Impala 2014 Seats 5 and a 2015 Volkswagen CC (seats 4) . We are trying to have a bit more room but not sure if we should go for the small suv or the bigger one? Honda is 4 cylinder so good for gas. Chevy is 7 seater so good for road trip and expanding family (6cylindrr) thanks in advance
