no period for 3 months

Hi guys I need yalls opinion on something! I haven't had my period in about 3 months 2 days ago I statred having back pains,and like really slight (i thinks it's ) ovary pain and I've been spotting brown and today I got a chunk of a brown jelly-like substance while cleaning up my who-ha should I be considered? Does this happen to somebody else? Should I start seeing a doctor?
