What are you getting for WIC (just if pregnant)

Question

Just wanna get an idea of what people actually get on WIC when pregnant (not including what they would get if they have another child) online doesn't really state exactly. I know it varies etc,

I guess the better question is what do you usually pick out/get. The last time I saw a Wic voucher for pregnant women was 1999 haha😊

I get bread or pasta , milk, cheese, cereal, fresh fruit and veggies (or frozen), beans, frozen juice,  and a couple other things I can't remember.

Some grocery stores have the wic acronym next to the price of wic approved items.... like Kroger, ect.

I get one check a month that has whole wheat bread, peanut butter, 4 cans of beans, 1 lb of cheese, a quart of yogurt, a box of cereal, a thing of juice and milk.

Then I get $11 worth of fresh fruit or veggies which is a different check, and I get like 3 checks that are good for JUST a gallon of milk and a thing of juice. It was nice while my husband was here because he's the milk drinker, deployment has me stressed and I've been drinking a lot more though 😁
