how can i keep my self come?

i'm 11 weeks pregnant this is my second kid and me & my husband are getting a divorce and i just can't keep my self out of the problem i know we could of had a solution to this problem but he didn't want it to try to work it out so all i do is cry n cant sleep i know is not good for the baby so what can i do? i just need someone to talk to😥😥

My husband up and left me when I was 4 months pregnant. I wanted to cry all day long but I remembered that my baby inside me had to have me strong and happy. I didn't give myself a choice to be upset. Just remember that it's okay to feel sad and get the emotion out but then remember your baby needs a happy unstressed mommy and do everything you can to give your baby that

Just concentrate on your baby, and try to let go all your negative feelings. If you need to cry, cry. If you need to talk with someone talk. Questioning yourself in what went wrong in your relationship, can make you only to bitter yourself even more.
