opk time
What time should I take an opk? I know the best time is 2pm, but I work so can't then. I have an hour lunch at noon. Then get home around 5 but don't get home until 8 tuesdays the Thursday's. I also worry my urine will be to diluted because I drink a lot of water during the day.
