how long did it take you to get your body back after baby??
For those women who put in the effort to eat right, exercise, and really worked hard to get your body back after you gave birth...how long did it take you?
Before baby I was in pretty great shape. 130lbs-worked out 5-6 days a week-ate clean
When I got pregnant I had to stop working out due to health concerns in the beginning-I fell off the clean eating train-and at 34 weeks pregnant I'm weighing in at 172lbs.
I plan to work out 2-3 times a day 5 days a week-go back to eating paleo-and doing everything possible to get my body back.
I'm due Nov 2nd. At the beginning of February I have my SO's company holiday party...and I want to look hot again before then.
So factoring in healing time I have about 2 months to lose 45lbs.
Is this reasonable for somebody with a strict diet and exercise regimen who was in shape before getting pregnant?
What are your experiences??
