For the longest time, I thought I had irregular periods, but when I started tracking, I learned that my cycle was just long (40 days). However, even with my long cycle, I'm currently 20 days late. Not my last period, but the period before that was almost 2 months late! I'm thinking that maybe I'm irregular again? The only thing is, my SO and I are TTC soon, and I just want to know how to track when I'm ovulating (other than taking ovulation tests).

PS. I have taken 2 tests in the last 20 days and they were both negative.
