hey need help please

This is my first time using ovulation test and my second time ttc , my first month was September and glow didn't have accurate information and AF came early so I'm just relying on Okp this month , I'm using the clear blue ovulation test and I'm getting no surge right now , should I be using FMU or Evening I haven't had nothing to drink for 3 hrs I want to know what to look for
