Pumping to get started into labor ??

I will be 39 weeks this Thursday..so crazy! I have seen on here that you can breast pump in order to get contractions and then they go into labor soon after...for some people of course....was curious what you guys think?! Thinking of giving it a try since I will be exclusively breastfeeding anyway? I'm due the 29th of this month BTW!!! :)

Try nipple rolling, instead of pumping. Same sensation and gets the hormones going just as easily. I would think pumping with no milk would hurt!?

I wouldn't advise pumping to induce labor. You'll be pumping out the colostrum, which is important for baby to have the first few days.

Due on 27th/30th (depending on who you talk to), and I tried last night. Yeah, nothing. Keep some nipple cream on hand though because those bad boys buuuuuuurn like mad afterwards!
