Having severe vaginal cramping and pain. Trying to decide my TTC OPTIONS

I went through a horrible menstrual cycle this month. I was in so much pain I couldn't walk and ended up in the DR. I had labwork and a ultrasound done the on my third g they said was perimenopause or possibly endometriosis. Help. This pain is horried
