uterine twinges?

Hey there! I'm only 3-4 dpo. We have been TTC for about 4 or 5 months now. Today, I had some spotting and these weird uterine twinges/twitches all day. They kind of feel like little baby flutters. Has anyone experienced this before? I know it's super early, but it's something I never experienced before so just curious if anyone else has and what their experience was like.

I have been experiencing the same thing since the end of ovulation. And now I'm achy from my groin down my left leg. Never happened before. No spotting though. Hopefully someone can give us info.

When I got pregnant I noticed weird twitches on my right side for about 2-3 nights straight. I had never felt it before

I m 4dpo and have slight pain around belly button. I m not sure though if it's a symptom
