Christmas surprise gift

It's been a wild few months as the year winds down to a close. My husband and I decided to take a chance and move from Asheville to Augusta Ga for a new job. I opted to stay home with our baby girl and start back writing. After a very dramatic first month nearly losing my life to diabetic ketoacidosis then Jon having a mini stroke at work, we were just happy to have our little family healthy and together. Jon suggested we look for a dog so we went out shopping. Meanwhile, I noticed that I had not started my next cycle. Jon and I went and got a test ($ cheapie) and were hopeful of the results. It came up negative. So I figured I either skipped or would soon get my cycle. As the days kept passing and AF was still a no show I was becoming increasingly suspicious. My breasts hurt a lot, I was always tired (but I could chalk that up to running behind a 3 year old) I was hungry (but I'm always hungry) and I was heating up randomly (I was starting to believe I was going through early menopause) I decided to but one more test just to be certain an make an appointment with a doctor to find other solutions. I decided on a clear blue digital. I expected nothing different than the previous week. So it was a HUGE surprise to see the words PREGNANT on the screen. I screamed for my husband, and everything after that was a blur. I was shaking and crying so was Jon and our daughter didn't know what wa wrong with us!!! I can't wait to tell our families in a creative and fun way!! Merry Christmas!!!
