vestibulitis / vulvydinia

Does anyone else experience a sharp or burning pain when penetration begins durning sex? We use a good lube, and always warm up with foreplay, But I've been in pain so badly, I've had to stop mid way through and it's super depressing. I can't even enjoy sex anymore. 

I have an OBGYN diagnose me with vestibulitis last year. He gave me lidocaine shots in the area... (Yeah. OUCH.) ... For six weeks. And the pain got WORSE for a few months. And then suddenly when I gave up all hope, and for no apparent reason... The pain disappeared and everything was GREAT again! Well here we are 9 months later and the pain is back! :( has anyone ever dealt with this and have any tips on what to do? I've tried 5 different ONGYNs and none of them have had success finding a solution :/
