ttc advice?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now. But no luck. So I went to the obgyn and started infertility and they tested my hubbys sperm and said it was good not great but good and that I was perfectly normal. (I thought I was the problem😫) then after all of the testing and what not a few months ago the male doctor who told me the results of our tests told me I had to lose 30 lbs in order to continue any treatment and keep the weight off  while ttc for a year before we could do anymore treatments. (As it is I'm already really insecure about my weight..) is there any advice that would help us get our miracle? Any advice is welcomed. I would try the preseed but we don't have the money for that kind of thing at the moment..

U could put both urself and hubby on pregnacare vitamins to help with his sperm and maybe get u energised up to maybe his walk a day for a half hour. Or just do what I do with my two kids dance like crazy in the kitchen! Doesn't half make u work up a sweat! Good luck!

If they need u to lose to continue the treatments hun, i would do w.e it takes to up my chances to conceive, at least try and lose the 30 they want you to lose, its a process but it will make u feel healthier about yourself inside and out, just to feel more energy and know that you did it to benefit to conceive, just try!! Hey I been losing weight I'm down 76 pounds and I know it's hard and we don't want to hear those things but it's true when I was that heavy I didn't even get a monthly period and sometimes I will get it for a whole 7-8 week in role and after I been losing weight my hormones are getting normal and I get my period every month I know it's hard but try I'm still trying myself
