anyone else only wanting carbs?
I'm 7+2 days & all that I want is bread!! Everything else mainly fruit & veg even the thought of it makes me nauseous... Starting to feel really bad for not eating as healthy as I should be! Normally I live on fruit & veg!! I read somewhere that fruit & veg lowers your chance of m/c I hope that's not true😳 every day I think tomorrow I'll try be better... Nope😷😫 any ideas?
Sweet patato & frozen veg is all I have been able to have ATM..
