Possible implantation⁉️

Since Sunday night, I have been getting cramps off and on. They don't feel like AF cramps for the most part and really they don't feel like cramps at all. It feels more like a stitch. Kind of like the pain you get in your side when you work out. But the pain isn't in my side it's right above my pelvis.  Sunday they were kind of painful but the last two days they have been kind of dull. Could these be possible implantation cramps? I've seen people refer to the as a pinching or pulling sensation but not really stitch pain. I did have some pinching in my vagina on Sunday/Monday though that felt like the pinch you feel when you get a pap smear. I appreciate any insight ☺️
