I'm a very insecure person, and I'm really insecure in my relationship.
I get thoughts of cheating when really I know that he would never do that, and sometimes I get a little crazy over stupid small things and I know the root of all this is my insecurities and trust issues. I know it's not him, he's perfect, I know he would never cheat on me or hurt me in that way. I know it's my problem and I want to fix it.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on self help books that can help me get over this?
