Did anyone take maternity leave really early in their pregnancy? I'm 30 weeks and I'm just exhausted all day. My back is killing me and I have this nerve pinching pain that runs from my  lower back to my toes . I was thinking of doing unpaid leave until I reach 36weeks then apply for short term disability. I just don't know if my Dr will write me a note for work or what medical reason I need for the Dr to put me off of work.
