Do you still eat sushi while pregnant?

In moderation. From a good place where I know it's fresh. As for the raw thing, all fish is flash frozen. It kills all ththe bad things. Also, look at it this way, women in other cultures have been eating it for thousands of years and clearly it's been okay for them. But honestly it's up to you.

I had a couple rolls. Apparently the only reason not to is that if you got food poisoning you probably can't take the strong meds they'd give you to kick it quickly. And dehydration wouldn't be good for baby. But otherwise raw fish itself will not harm baby.

I had salmon and avocado rolls every 3-4 weeks when I was pregnant.

Yes I do! I went to get sushi with my sister yesterday. I am not experimenting with any new restaurants though. I am only going to the place I went before I got pregnant where I know it is very fresh and have never gotten sick. Fish is the only thing I really want right now. I am having a very difficult time eating chicken or steak. I used to LOVE steak and now I gag at just the thought or smell of it.

Yeah. I'm only about 5 weeks and have had it once since I found out.  I love sushi as long as it's in moderation it should be ok.

I do! But only from one place that is really good and somewhere I always ate before pregnancy.

I haven't, just because the idea of sushi turns me off since being pregnant. But if I had a craving for it I definitely would. That being said- I only eat sushi with cooked meat, anything raw is not my taste.

I avoid raw sushi but still eat California rolls and anything else that has cooked fish in it
