How much did you gain/lose during first trimester?

Just wondering what's normal. Im 13+3wks, and have lost about 7lbs... I lost 3 in the past month, but I'm not super sick anymore...

I lost 14lbs but I think it was all muscle from not being able to workout 4/5 times a week like I used to because of the all day nausea. Tried my first spin class this week, still weak but felt good to do something

I lost about 3-4 lbs and was super sick. At my last appt I had gained it all back and an extra 2 lbs at week 13.

4 pounds, I'm having twins. My doctor said its good, extra amniotic fluids, two placentas, two babies. My legs and arms actually look skinnier now than they did when I found out I was pregnant. So I'm happy!
