Healthy eating problem
I am allergic to everything dairy and to seafood except for fish which I don't like. Only thing I can eat is fruits, veggies, chicken, salad how can I eat healthy while still staying full and what different ways are there to eat given my limited selection so I won't get tired of the same old thing? I'm moving with my SO next month and we're starting the gym a week later after we're settled in. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks In advance
