help please!

My BF and I had sextc 4 days ago and I'm worried that I might be pregnant but friends are telling me I'm just  overthinking and need to calm down. It was my first time but I keep bleeding a little but I'm not bloated, feeling sick, or rhaving any big symptoms that I've read but I'm still just so worried my BF also did not ejaculate anywhere near me but Im still worried can anyone help me out
