chemical pregnancy

Hi all, I think I had a chemical, I was spotting so I tested it was positive a couple of days later I tested again it was negative - still spotting the whole time! Saturday just gone got a bit more heavier but not much and nothing like AF. Still spotting on & off extreme dizziness & nausea back ache hip ache headaches fatigue! Everything I had to make me test in the first place! AF should have shown by now but nothing! Could I still be pregnant?
