prego maybe

I recently had my nexplanon implant removed and the doctor told me to be safe because I could become pregnant right away. My fiancé and I are now ttc. The morning of removal we had sex, and the night after removal.. And basically every time possible. I've had pregnancy symptoms for the past few days now & I took two home bleach tests (both positive) just wondering when I could take a store bought pregnancy test without testing too soon? Any one gotten pregnant straight off of the implant?
