Maca root during pregnancy?

Hi all,

I am dealing with a mc right now, lost my baby at 5 weeks mark 😢 but I was struggling for a year and half to get pregnant and started taking maca root in pills for two months and we were pregnant! It's known to help with fertility and I really think it helped with us getting pregnant quicker. I stopped taking it when I found out I was pregnant but kind of wish I continued.

My question for whoever else took it or still taking it. Did you stop taking it when you got pregnant ? I am planning to continue taking it but lower dosage next time we get pregnant because its not a herb..a vegetable root and suppose to help with pregnancy.

Would love to hear stories or opinions.
