boyfriend isnt ready

ive been having pretty obvious pregnancy symptoms recently and i told my boyfriend about it. he said "i hope you're not pregnant😫😵" im testing tomorrow so i guess we'll see but what do i do if hes not ready? im not against abortion but personally can't do it, and i know i wouldnt be able to carry a baby for 9-10 months and then give it to someone else/: any advice is appreciated. im 18, hes is 21 by the way.
