Period, implantation or something else.

AF isn't due for another week, for the most part I'm regular, give or take a day or 2. Yesterday had lots of watery CM with some pink spotting. This morning woke up to a very heavy bleeding that's lasted all day. No cramps or any other indication of period *I always cramp* .. help?
