help !!

I was on depo shot for 4 -5 years recently got off maybe 7-8 months ago. my period regulated about 4 months ago. I took a dollar store test 4 days before my missed period and it came up negative but I am now 13 days late ... it's also now been 33 days since any last sign of blood or spotting. Also on the three days I have marked on the 19th the clot pictured below came out of me.
