Healthcare Gone and Panicked

I'm so mad at my ex husband... or soon to be ex husband I've found. So in our divorce agreement, it states that I would remain on his insurance until our divorce was finalized. He told me over a month ago that it was and cancelled my insurance. Since then I've been trying to get on my fiances since we live together. However, since we are not married the insurance through his work won't cover us as a domestic partnership needs to be proven for 1 year of living together and it's only been 8 months. We could get married, but apparently I'm still married to my ex and totally fucked all the way around. I've called my ex twice and he said he'd send the signed complaint, but that isn't the finalized document. I've now cancelled two doctors appointments, and have not gotten my rogham shot which needs to be done asap at this point. I'm totally freaking out and can't apply for insurance through the state because my doctor doesn't accept it and I've had him as my doctor since my sons high risk delivery. I'm too scared to be cut open by a stranger. I'm just trying to breathe but I've been trying to talk to other insurance companies and they still need proof of my marriage ending for me to be on a plan myself and I don't know what to do. My ex violated our divorce contract for one, and he now knows I know so of course he's ignoring me. I'm ready to kill him, especially considering that the years we were married I payed for all of our healthcare costs and premiums. Even up to when he cut me off. I'm not sure how to find out when the divorce will be finalized.. or if I can.
