cramps😭

Okay so I am 19 years old and never been to an obgyn. About 6 months ago I missed a month and then I had a period that would start on the day I ended the month before. This month I was 2 weeks late and these cramps are the worst cramps of my life...... does anyone know what could be wrong with me? Or do you know of the absolute best way to help cramps.... any midol or Advil don't work anymore 😔
