So I've had the worst case of hemorrhoids for a week now, 4 hemorrhoids, and it's like there is no relief in sight! I've been using preparation h and witch hazel pads. I've even tried ice packs! I can't sit, turn, walk, or anything else without being in excruciating pain! Any advice on how to get the swelling down?!
