Which day to consider first period day?
Ok I'm just coming off the pill, and so I'm trying to track my cycle exact. So last night, I had light spotting. Then I woke up today & fully started my period. This has been happening for a few months. The spotting is light enough that if I use a tampon there's literally nothing in the morning. Sooo, which day would you ladies call my actual first day?
