confused...

Can someone tell me if I am thinking cruelty but I'm wondering if a friend of mine is telling lies she claims to have pocos and correct me if I'm wrong but your supposed to struggle conceiving??? Well why has she had a miscarriage last year, a chemical pregnancy and now she is few weeks pregnant all within one year??? Don't want to sound cruel just curious...???
