vaginal Pain

Ok ladies I'll be 28weeks on Monday and I'm just having so much Vaginal Pain already my little princess just be moving and I'm happy for that but this vaginal pain is messing with me .. Anyone else having vaginal pain at 27 weeks and what have you done to stop the pain .. Also my stomach gets really tight on and off and my  right leg and calf been hurting me for 3 days now I went to the hospital it's my sciatica and I'm having Mussle spasms ..
