Help me

I got positive test on the 14 the pregnant center said I'm bout 4 weeks and on sat I started bleeding and cramping so I went to get a test and still positive so Sunday I was still bleeding and cramping I went to the er n they told me my level is very low at a 6 and they didn't see anything on the ultrasound no sac or anything and the pee test was negative so they sent me home saying I have a threatened miscarriage and tbey don't know if I'm pregnant or not and i have uti ..so yesterday I toke a test and that test was negative at the health department..does that me I lost the baby or is it to early to know I only bleed for 3 days Im not anymore..i don't have insurance to follow up with anyone ..my mom and husband tells me to test and relax and wait ..and it very hard to do I want to know something.. the er told me I have a uti ..anyone please help I don't have anyone to talk to about this I'm so lost
