slight bleeding and mild cramps anyone?

In so stressed. I wish I could have someone talk t me and tell me that I'm stressing for absolutely no good reason. All that I'm experiencing is normal. I've been spotting initially but since yesterday it has been occasional bleeding in larger spots. Today my day started with one of those spots. Had terrible lower back pain and now I get mild stingy cramps seldom during the day. Somebody talk to me.
