can anyone relate? PREGNANCY OF UNKNOWN LOCATION

I had a pregnancy of unknown location in February this year. (PUL) never heard of it before then! Did scans after scans and nothing could be seen. Just a small 7mm blood clot in my womb. My hcg levels were around 250 and not moving. I had an injection off  methotrexate and that one injection resolved it. Had scans on tubes to check of ectopic but everything was really healthy and ok 😊 (which is good to know now) I don't know how long my cycles were before but now there 35/36 every month without fail. Took a while for them to come back and be back to normal but finally things are sorted 👌 my only worry is if I'm ovulating at all with a long cycle 😢 anyone got any words off encouragement? I'm 20 years old and spoke to the doctors when I was in and out for the (PUL) and they said I could have children but neve said anything else about it. Thanks ladies xxx
